magnetchat hosts your PDF lead magnets on shareable links, puts an AI chat beside them that engages, qualifies and converts your readers, and gives you a dashboard of the leads and conversations it captures.

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Your content stays yours. You grant us the license needed to host, process and serve your documents to your readers — nothing more. You must have the rights to everything you upload.

Your leads are yours, and your responsibility. For the personal data your magnets capture, you are the data controller and magnetchat is your processor — our data processing agreement forms part of these terms and applies automatically. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your leads and for complying with the marketing laws that apply to you. We present the required privacy notice to readers on every gate.

Lawful content only. No spam, no deceptive data collection, no content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. Our content policy spells out what can't be published, and uploads are checked against it. We can suspend accounts that break this — with notice unless the situation demands otherwise.

Chat replies are generated by AI from your document. They can be imperfect or incomplete. Review qualification answers and briefs before acting on them; they are signals, not verified facts.

Free includes 1 live magnet and 10 engaged leads a month. Growth is $99/month via Stripe, billed monthly, cancel anytime from settings — effective at the end of the billing period. Past your engaged-lead allowance, readers can still open, read and download your magnets; chat pauses for new conversations until the month resets or you upgrade. Price changes come with 30 days' notice.

Delete your account anytime in settings — your data is erased per the privacy policy. We can terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, magnetchat's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of your marketing campaigns.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If we change them materially we'll email account holders; continuing to use the service after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@magnetchat.com.
