What counts as an engaged lead?
A lead counts as engaged when they send at least one message in the chat while reading your magnet. Opening the document, reading it, or downloading it never counts, and a lead only counts once in a month however often they come back. Every engaged lead comes with the full transcript, so you can read exactly what it was worth.
What if my leads never chat?
Sessions are only consumed when a lead actually chats. Silent readers cost you nothing: they still get captured, still read, still download, and never touch your allowance. On Free you pay nothing, ever.
What happens when I use up my monthly leads?
Your leads never see a broken or degraded page. New leads can still open, read, and download your magnet, and conversations already underway finish normally. The chat pauses for new conversations until the month resets or you upgrade.
Do unused leads roll over?
